Datasource Security Options and Visibility (KB-AP040)
When importing or editing a Datasource, Company Administrators can select different levels of visibility depending on project needs.
Here is a list and description of each visibility level:

| Anyone in my organization | Company Administrators Only | Any team with Company Asset access enabled |
| Shared with other teams | Company and Team Administrators | Any team with Company Asset access enabled |
| My team only | Company and Team Administrators | Data access is restricted to a specific team |
- Anyone in my organization: Best for situations when an asset (e.g., base map or datasource) is shared among multiple teams and editing should be limited to only a few individuals with elevated admin permission.
- Shared with other teams: Best for decentralized companies when an asset will be shared among multiple teams and editing is delegated to a single "owner" team.
- My team only: Best for situations when a team works under an NDA and all assets should be kept confidential even from the members of the same organization.
