Configuration Glossary: Elevation Type (KB-CG004)

The Elevation Type field in the vGIS Admin Portal will tell the system how to position digital elements along the z-axis. This field can override elevation settings from the source file.

The options available are; Default, Parent Node Setting, Surface Offset, and Ignore Z-Value. To learn more about each of these fields, click here.
