My Data Won't Stop Processing. Can This Be Fixed? (KB-FQ018)
Yes. Datasources can be stuck in processing for a number of reasons. Instead of adding a new datasource, we recommend reprocessing the original datsource first.
To track your datasources' processing, click System Reports in the vGIS Admin Portal.
From here, you can verify processing duration as well as timestamps and who initialized the data processing. If there is a datasource stuck in the Processing status, click the Datasource Identifier to open the process report.
While in the processing report, Admins will get a more in depth view of the datasouces processing. click Cancel to stop the processing.
The datasource can now be reprocessed in the original configuration screen. If the processing error persists, there may be an issue with the actual datasource design or composition.
