Quick Fix: vSite AR Continuous Loading Screen (KB-AM021)
Issue
When opening the vSite AR application, users are welcomed with a never-ending loading screen.
There can be two possibilities:
- The internet connection is blocked (or a VPN is blocking vGIS)
- There might be an issue with the app permissions (e.g., one of the permissions is not enabled)
Quick Fix
- Ensure there are no connection issues with your internet provider/ VPN setup.
- Enable all permissions in the application settings of your mobile device. Close and reopen vSite AR.
- If the issue persists, we recommend uninstalling vSite AR and reinstalling the latest version from the device's app store.
