vSite Web: Sheets (KB-ST004)

The "Sheets" feature is one exclusive to vSite Web, the browser-based digital twin. When used, admins and users alike can import a readable PDF into the platform and position it freely with easy- to use drag and drop methods. 

To access Sheets, expand the main menu of vSite Web so view all features. Then tap the icon in the screenshot below. When the Sheets menu is opened, a list will appear to Add a new entry (all previous entries will also be stored in this menu). Click Select File when prompted. 

After making a selection when adding a new Sheets entry, a window will appear to select the pages and resolution of the PDF file. Click Import Plane when done.

After the import, you will be brought back to vSite web an the Sheet should be displayed on the surface. From here, navigate to the edit menu on the right to move, rotate, and resize the Sheet entry. 

It's important to note the submission through vSite Web can also be seen the next time an App User logs into vSite AR. Both parties being able to add and edit Sheets will enhance the level of collaboration and communication between admin and user.
