vGIS Portal - Managing Your Profile (KB-AP005)

Your account's profile name and password can be updated anytime in My Profile.

To access the profile section, select My Profile from the sidebar on the left side of the screen.

To change your profile name, make the necessary alterations in the First Name and Last Name fields, and then click the Update button. Once the changes have been applied, a message in the portal window stating that your profile has been updated.

Please Note: Both First Name and Last Name are mandatory fields. You will not be able to update your profile name unless both names are filled in.

To change your account password, enter your current password in the Old Password field, and then enter your new password in the New Password field. Press the Change Password button. After applying these changes, you will receive a message in the portal window stating that your password has been updated.

Please Note: Your password must be at least 6 characters long.
