vGIS allows app users to report or tag real-world findings in the field. In the “Field Reports” subcategory of the vGIS Admin Portal, you will be able to access the reports and tags database, view all active reports and tags by their GPS location over a map, archive them once they have been addressed, and export the collected data.
Reports and tags can either be selected by their geographical location, or by picking them from the reports list.

The user can also provide one of three optional tags: “COMMENT”, “WARNING” and “SUCCESS” Tags with the text note detailing the type of tag.
Exporting Reports data
Field reports and tags can be exported into a .csv file by clicking on the "Export" button.
