vSite Scan: Transferring Scans Between Projects
Overview
Scans cannot be directly transferred between projects from within the Admin Portal. Instead, the process must be completed using the vSite Scan app, which allows you to reassign a scan to a different project and upload it again.
How To: Transfer a Scan
Open the vSite Scan app on your device.
From the scan list, select the scan you want to transfer.
Tap the project name in the top-left corner.
Change the project to the new team/project where you want the scan assigned.
Tap Upload to vSite Web.
Once uploaded, the scan will now appear in both the original project and the new project.
Supplementary Information
This workflow ensures the scan is preserved in the original project while also being made available in the new one.
If a scan is no longer needed in the original project, it can be removed from the Admin Portal without affecting the new copy.
