How to View Redlines in VSite Web
To view redlines in VSite Web, open your project and click the Redlines icon (Fig. 1).
This will open the Redlines panel, where all redlines for the project are displayed.
Viewing and Filtering Redlines
Redlines are organized by date, grouped into:
- Year
- Month
- Day
You can control visibility by toggling:
- Entire years
- Entire months
- Individual days
- Or any combination of the above
This allows you to quickly show or hide redlines based on when they were created.
Nearby Filter (Default View)
By default, redlines are sorted by Nearby, meaning:
- The list only shows redlines within your current map view
If you want to see all redlines in the project:
- Uncheck Nearby
- This will disable the filter and display the full list
Printing Redlines on PDFs
If your project includes sheets (PDFs) and your redlines are placed on top of them:
- Click the Print button
- Select the sheet you want to print
This will generate a new view in a separate tab showing:
- The selected sheet
- All associated redlines and annotations
From there, you can:
- Review the redlines in context
- Edit annotations as needed
- Export or print the sheet with redlines included
