vSite Web: Issues & Tasks
Overview
The Issues & Tasks feature is exclusive to vSite Web, allowing users to document project concerns, delegate tasks, and highlight on-site risks. These entries can be viewed and addressed directly within vSite AR, enabling seamless collaboration between office and field teams.
How To
Create an Issue or Task
Open vSite Web in your browser.
From the left-hand menu, click the Issues icon (Fig. 1).

Fill in the required details for the new entry:
Title – Give the issue or task a clear, descriptive name.
Assigned To – Select a team member responsible for resolving the issue.
Due Date – Set a target resolution date.
Details – Provide relevant information or instructions.

Optional Enhancements:
Tag – Place a marker on the map to indicate the exact working area. This tag will be visible and navigable in vSite AR.
Images – Attach supporting photos.
Linked Items – Reference related models, layers, or entries.
Attachments – Include additional documents or supporting files.
Once all fields are complete, click Create Issue to finalize the entry.

Supplementary Notes
Field Integration: Issues created in vSite Web will sync to vSite AR, allowing field users to access, respond to, and resolve them on-site.
Collaboration Tip: Use the tagging feature to improve spatial awareness when assigning issues, especially for remote teams.
