Overview 

Before you can access vSite AR, your company administrator must first register your email address in the Users section of the Admin Portal, and you must have the vSite AR application installed on your mobile device. Activating your account will give you secure access to all authorized Teams/Projects and AR tools. 

How To 

Activate Your Account 

1. Confirm with your admin that your user account has been registered. 
2. Open the vSite AR application on your device. 
3. At the Login screen, enter your registered email address. 
4. Tap Email Me a Login Link. 
5. Within a few minutes, check your email inbox for the activation link. 
6. Click the link to create your password and complete your account activation.

 Note: The activation email will expire after 24 hours. If it expires, see the instructions below.

Forgot Your Password or Link Expired? 

If your activation link expires or you forget your password: 

1. At the Login screen, tap Use Password. 
2. Tap Password Reset to receive a new activation email. 
3. Verify your email address and follow the new link to reset your password.
