How to Import Sheets in the Admin Portal
To add sheets (PDFs) to your project, go to the Admin Portal and open your project.
- Navigate to the Sheets tab
- Click Add Sheets
- Click Upload File
- Choose one of the following:
- Create a new version set and enter a date
- Select an existing version set to add to it
Configuring Sheet Import
When uploading sheets, you can configure the following:

Page ID (Sheet ID)
- This is the unique identifier for each sheet
- It is used for version control
- If your sheets follow a consistent format, the system will automatically detect the sheet ID
- When uploading updated versions, keeping the same sheet ID ensures versions are linked correctly

Sheet Selection
- Choose to import all sheets from the file
- Or select specific sheets only

Title
- A readable name for the sheet
- Not required to be unique

Discipline
- Select from the dropdown to categorize the sheet
Once configured, click Import to add the sheets to your project.
Managing Sheets in the Admin Portal
After importing, you can right-click on any sheet to access additional actions:
- Compare Versions – View differences between sheet versions
- Measure – Take measurements directly on the sheet
- Share – Generate a link to share the sheet
- Geolocate – Align the sheet to the map
- Edit Details – Update sheet information
