vSite Web: Interface Overview
Overview
The vSite Web interface is designed to simplify workflows and maximize efficiency both on and off the job site. As a browser-based companion to the vSite AR application, vSite Web offers an alternative way to visualize and manage spatial data. Accessible through any modern web browser at vsite.vgis.io, this tool empowers both admins and users to stay connected with field operations in real time.

Main Interface Elements
Team Selector
Opens a list of all assigned teams for the current user profile.Maps
Customize the base map and map view.

Select a language pack, view keyboard shortcuts, or log out of the session.

Create and view sketches that sync with AR, allowing teams to communicate visually across platforms.

Field Report images submitted from the mobile app will appear in their exact orientation in vSite Web.

3D scan submissions from the field are displayed in their precise location within vSite Web.

This tool allows PDF sheets to be placed and positioned within the digital twin environment.

Access all layer groups shared with the Admin Portal and vSite AR. Customize visibility and groupings for optimal clarity.Issues

Open the cursor tools menu, including options to draw markers, lines, and areas for Sketches. Select the standard cursor to return to normal navigation.Viewpoints
Access a list of saved viewpoints or save a new one to quickly return to important locations.

Opens a moveable cross section to temporarily block off subsections of your data to improve visibility.North Bearing
Click this to reorient your view so that North is facing the top of the screen.Map View
Click this button to use vSite Web in a 2D top-down map view. Click it again to return to 3D mode.Full Screen Mode
Maximize the viewing area for a cleaner interface, especially useful on mobile devices.Cursor Coordinates
The coordinates displayed at the bottom of the screen reflect the current position of your cursor, based on the project’s configured coordinate system.
